What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in commences at 3PM and check-out is by 11AM.

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the first night's room rate and tax. Please be aware attempting to modify a reservation within the 7 day cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.

What is your deposit policy?
All reservations must be guaranteed by prepayment of a deposit. A deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged at the time of reservation. 

Are you an adult-only hotel?
Yes. Due to the historically significant nature of the property and to provide our guests a relaxing environment, we are an adults-only facility. We ask that all guests be 16 years of age or older.

Is there a daily breakfast?
Yes. We offer a daily European Continental Breakfast served in the breakfast area of the "General Store" building. We rotate items seasonally, however, fresh baked goods, cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruits, cereals, custom coffee roast and juices remain fairly consistent.

Do you have in-room dining?
Although there is not a restaurant on site, we will have a local service that will deliver from area restaurants to your guest room.

Are the artifacts on site authentic?
Yes, all artifacts, statues and historic markers are authentic. Some artwork is original to the Dow Property.

Is there a bar or restaurant at your hotel?
We do have a bar, The Well, that opens early afternoon. We have a mixologist crafting custom cocktails alongside a menu of light bites.

How many rooms do you have?
We have 30 individually appointed rooms spanning 9 historic buildings on our property.

How close is your property to the heart of Downtown St. Augustine?
We are located at 149 Cordova Street. Some downtown attractions are across the street and various centers of attractions are a 2 minute walk from the property.

Are you pet friendly?
No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted and must be under the handler's control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and we do not allow these on-premises.

Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property. Our team follows the ADA guidelines described in the ADA 2010 Revised Requirements: Service Animals.

Do you allow smoking on property?
We are a smoke-free property, but there are designated smoking areas on property at the Fire Pits.

What is included with the guest rooms and stay?
The $35/night amenity fee includes:
