A message from The Collector

During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:

Pre-Arrival

  • Guest rooms will be disinfected before arrival. Housekeepers will use gloves and face masks.
  • Each of our guest houses will have as few guests as possible.

Arrival

  • We have applied social distancing measures in the lobby. Only one room at a time will be allowed to check in. Other guests will be asked to wait on the patio.
  • Staff will wear face masks.

Registration Desk

  • A 6-foot space will be maintained between the guest and the host.
  • We have installed a plexiglass shield to protect guests and staff.

Entrance Lobby

  • The entrance lobby will be cleaned and disinfected three times daily.

Guest Rooms

  • Rooms will be stripped, disinfected and left vacant at least 24 hours.
  • Rooms are cleaned and disinfected using professional grade cleaners.
  • Daily housekeeping service will not be available to minimize staff entry into the rooms. Towel replacement is available upon request.
  • Turndown service will not be available at this time.

Food & Beverage

  • Breakfast is delivered by a gloved attendant to the guest room or to outside tables. 
  • Our extended European breakfast buffet will not be available at this time.
  • The Well Bar will be open on a limited basis and for take-out only.
  • Complimentary snacks and beverages have been discontinued at this time.
  • An up-to-date list of open restaurants and those delivering will be available to guests.

Departure

  • Guests need only to call the front desk when they are departing and leave the keys in the room. A copy of the guest folio will be emailed.
  • The valet will wipe down door handles and steering wheels with disinfectant before delivering the car to guests.

It is important to us that you are able to make informed travel decisions, and that you have peace of mind anytime you choose to visit The Collector Inn. Please review our cancellation policy.

  • For a full refund, please cancel 72 hours before arrival date.*
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
