Question: What time is check-in and check-out?
Answer: Check-in commences at 3PM and check-out is by 11AM.

Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: We require 3 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid being charged 1 night’s room + tax.

Question: What is your deposit policy?
Answer: We require the 1st night room + tax at time of booking. 

Question: Do you have a restaurant in your hotel?
Answer: We have a complimentary European Continental Breakfast daily located in the breakfast area of the "General Store" building and offer charcuterie platters, cheese boards, and locally made desserts at the bar daily.

Question: Do you have in room dining?
Answer: Although there is not a restaurant on site, we will have a local service that will deliver from area restaurants to your guest room.

Question: Are the artifacts on site authentic?
Answer: Yes, all artifacts, statues and historic markers are authentic. Some artwork is original to the Dow Property.

Question: Do you have valet parking?
Answer: We offer valet parking for $20.00 a day with unlimited in and out privileges.

Question: Is there a bar at your hotel?
Answer: We do have a bar, The Well. The bar will be open early afternoon with a mixologist serving cocktails.

Question: How many rooms do you have?
Answer: We have 30 individually appointed rooms spanning 9 historic buildings on our property.

Question: What is included with the guest rooms and stay?
Answer: Included in every guest’s stay is a complimentary European Continental Breakfast served from 7AM – 10AM daily.  Breakfast includes freshly baked breakfast pastries, fresh sliced fruit and berries, assorted cereals, yogurt, smoked salmon, prosciutto, brie cheese, coffee, decaffeinated coffee and tea.  Garden Happy Hour with 50% off draft beer, house wine by the glass and assorted cheese and charcuterie daily as well as complimentary bicycle use and Wi-Fi.

Question: How close is your property to the heart of Downtown St. Augustine?
Answer: We are located at 149 Cordova Street. Some downtown attractions are across the street and various centers of attractions are a 2 minute walk from the property.

Question: Do you allow pets on property?
Answer: We are a pet friendly hotel. We allow 1 pet per room, maximum weight of 35 pounds for $25 per day. A $250 refundable deposit is required. Reservations must be made through our concierge, 904-257-8994.

Question: Do you allow smoking on property?
Answer: We are a smoke free property but there will be designated smoking areas on property at the Fire Pits.
