  • Local Spirits at the St. Augustine Distillery

    Like everything in St. Augustine you can’t go anywhere without touching a little bit of history. FP&L’s historic Power and Ice plant was brought back to life just a few years ago and turned into an incredible small-batch distillery. A sense of pride for the community, this nineteenth century building was snatched up by a couple of locals who've since introduced the first bourbon made in Florida since Prohibition.

    If you’re feeling adventurous, make sure to pop in for a distillery tour and a sample (or two) of these hand-crafted spirits like Florida Cane Vodka and New World Gin! The distillery offers free, 30-minute tours Monday through Saturday beginning at 10:30 am and Sunday beginning at 11:30 am. All ages are welcome to experience this unique St. Augustine attraction, however you must be 21+ to have a taste. The St. Augustine Distillery offers a little fun for everyone — bottoms up!
